Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Lisa Paulon relocated to London in 1991 after launching her career in PR and Marketing for esteemed independent record labels Wax Trax in Chicago and Caroline in New York. In London, she set up the Sub Pop Records European headquarters and spent several years developing the label’s international repertoire, before leaving to joining Polydor/Universal in 1997. Working in artist development and marketing, she played a crucial role in launching such artists as Queens Of The Stone Age, Ian Brown and The Cardigans in the UK.

In 2001, Lisa left to set up Traffic, an independent marketing consultancy specialising in street marketing and fanbase development. Originally a side project in the mid-nineties, 2005 saw the re-launch of Lisa’s Camden Crawl festival. The annual one-ticket, multi-venue event which brings more than 1250 new UK and International artists to Camden Town over May Bank Holiday weekend now boasts more than 25,000 punters and 50 venues.
