Lyndon is a food futurist, business consultant and writer. Expert at predicting food trends, fashions and tastes, he identifies and articulates emerging opportunities for niche brands and leading food, retail and hospitality businesses.

Lyndon anticipates consumer behaviour in the global food market and works extensively on product development, creation and innovation.

Expert adviser to Health & Fitness magazine, a media commentator and author, Lyndon creates healthy recipes for leading health charities including Diabetes UK and the British Heart Foundation, as well as for major supermarkets and food brands. Alongside this Lyndon chairs high level debates and speaks at conferences in the UK and internationally.

After training at the Savoy, Lyndon worked at Maxims de Paris and with Antonio Carluccio, then spent a year on a ‘gastronomic grand tour’ and managed an artisan bakery in the US. Lyndon then controlled food & beverage operations for Selfridges; and with a team of buyers and visual merchandisers, worked on new store openings and the expansion of the London flagship.

A regular judge of food awards including Great Taste; World Cheese Awards; Cookery Book of the Year; Lyndon is also an adviser to the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Entrepreneurship.

Lyndon is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and Medical Journalists’ Association; past vice chairman of the Guild of Health Writers and a Fellow of the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. He was co-founder of the award-winning Eat:Fit and ‘What’s on your Plate?’ campaigns and a founding director of Slow Food UK.
