Mark Younger spent 23 years in the IT business of which 18 were spent working on, and later leading, IT projects for major UK Government departments. His clients included HMRC, DWP, the Metropolitan Police and the NHS. He was a partner with Accenture, the international IT services and consulting firm, between 1998 and 2006.
