A co-founder of digital agency Work Club, Martin has over 10 years experience of helping major brands leverage digital around the world. Prior to Work Club he co-founded and ran Agency Republic, which, under his leadership, won Agency of the Year accolades in 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006. In 2006 Martin was named ‘Digital Achiever of the Year’ by Campaign. Martin is also a partner at Digital Commercial, Work Club’s sister agency specialising in creating and optimizing digital business revenue.
