He is a former national Chair of the Young Fabians, the under 31 section of the Fabian Society, the UK's oldest center-left think tank. He co-founded the Fabian Health Group and Young Fabian Health Network. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a trustee for CommUNITY Barnet a voluntary service charity.
