Mary Christine Kane lives in Saint Paul, Minn. where she volunteers for Pet Haven of Minnesota and Ruff Start Rescue. Mary is a moth-winning storyteller and her poetry and essays have appeared or are forthcoming in Cream City Review, Chicken Soup for the Soul, Mocking Heart Review, Streetlight Magazine and elsewhere. Between the stars where you are lost is the title of her poetry chapbook. Mary is a member of the Cat Writers’ Association where she recently received the Hartz Newcomer Cat Communications Award.
