Mat Ilic

Mat leads the Justice team within Catch22, having joined in October 2015. He is also the Executive Director of creative criminal justice charity Only Connect, part of the Catch22 group, which he joined in 2012.
Mat has focused his career in youth justice and crime reduction, both operationally and in a policy environment. His previous roles include Programme Manager at the Greater London Authority, where he designed and implemented Project Oracle to improve the standards of evidence and programme delivery across youth services. Prior to this Mat worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a consultant at Tribal Group.
Mat is also Chairman of Khulisa UK, the violence and crime reduction charity. He holds an MSc in International Relations from the LSE and an MA in Modern History from Oxford University. He is a Churchill Fellow and a Fellow of the RSA.
