Mitchell Gilbert is an Australian racing driver now living in England and competing in the GP3 Series that supports the F1 calendar.
He began racing in karts in Malaysia in 2002 before moving to Europe in 2008.
After a successful debut season in the German Formula Three Championship in 2012 where he came fourth, he signed with Mücke Motorsport and stepped up to the FIA Formula Three European Championship in 2013.
For the beginning of the 2014 season he signed for British-based Fortec Motorsports to compete in the FIA Formula Three European Championship before moving to GP3 in July 2014, with Trident Racing.
Mitchell is supported by ADD Motorsports.
