Dr Monica Seeley, founder of Mesmo Consultancy, is an international expert on email best practice and especially how to reduce email overload. Monica enables organisations and individuals to improve business and personal performance, communications and well-being through managing their use of email more effectively. Monica is a Visiting Fellow at Sir John Cass Business School, City University and Bournemouth University Business School. Her research includes the gender differences and digital media, the future of email and the use of social technology to improve communications. The media frequently seeks Dr Seeley’s opinion on the effective use of electronic communications and especially email. She has contributed to BBC programmes, the Financial Times, The Guardian and has a guest blog on Huffington.com. She is Secretary and a Director of the Information Overload Research Group (IORG). She has written four books on email management including 'Brilliant Email' and 'Taking Control of The Inbox' (published in February 2016)
