Natalie Slessor

Natalie Slessor is the Global Head of Workplace at Lendlease, a leading international property and infrastructure group and joint developers with LCR of International Quarter London.

An environmental psychologist by background, Natalie has a real passion for problem solving with specific expertise in the workplace of the future.

Taking an inside-out approach, Natalie believes that the physical environment we work in has the potential to bridge the gap between design and business drivers such as workplace effectiveness, efficiency and corporate culture.

Prior to joining Lendlease, Natalie was the Director of Consulting, Australia at Woods Bagot, a People Architecture company. Before this she spent five years as the Director of Workplace Strategy at the Macquarie Group, based in both Sydney and Hong Kong. Before joining Macquarie, Natalie spent nine years with strategic consultancy DEGW in their London and Sydney offices.
