Neil Cook

As Cloudmark's Chief Technology Officer, Neil Cook is responsible for overall technical strategy and roadmap. Neil Cook has more than 20 years experience in Mobile and Internet technology and security. He has been at Cloudmark for over six years, and was an integral part of the company's research and design activities before becoming CTO in 2012.

Prior to Cloudmark, Neil was at Openwave, where he was instrumental in bringing new mobile solutions to market, including one of the first picture-messaging deployments at JPhone. Neil has a BSc and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Nottingham, and is the author of several IETF RFCs for mobile messaging.
