Nick is a writer/ journalist. He is the author of 13 books of non fiction, published in 13 languages, including A Head Full Of Blue (Bloomsbury), A Brief History of Rock And Roll (Constable & Robinson), Johnny Depp (Carlton) and Amy Amy Amy: The Amy Winehouse story (Omnibus Press). As a journalist, he writes about pop culture/ lifestyle for The Guardian, The Observer, The Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Irish Independent, Dazed & Confused and Uncut and has interviewed the likes of Roman Polanski, Solange Azagury-Partridge, Lou Reed, Jim Jarmusch, Keith Richards, Darren Aronofsky, Catpower, Rod Stewart and Ronnie Wood.
