Nikki has been working on women’s rights and gender in many countries in the world for the past 20 years. She has been the principal author of six of Plan International’s State of the World’s Girls reports. She is the author of Feminism and Men. (Zed Press, 2014) and co-author of the first State of the World’s Fathers (MenCare campaign). She is a Senior Fellow at Instituto Promundo and a member of the International Advisory Board of Young Lives, a research study on child poverty based at Oxford University.
