One of BBC3’s Tough Young Teachers, Oliver studied at Birmingham and Cornell Universities and started teaching Business Studies with Teach First in 2012 in Eltham. Oliver has spent time abroad teaching in special needs schools as well as mainstream environments and, since realising the inequalities of education here in the UK, he decided to choose Teach First as a way into teaching.
