Omayma El Ella

Omayma El Ella leads MCF as the Operations Manager. Her current work involves outreach and coordination on behalf of the Muslim charity sector with the wider INGO humanitarian system, improving good governance practices within Muslim charities, as well as engaging in advocacy efforts addressing the issues of counter-terrorism legislation and its impact on humanitarian relief efforts.

Omayma possesses experience in conflict & economic development research & government liaison, having worked in both the charity and private sector, and her work has taken her to the post-conflict environments of Sri Lanka, Lebanon, Libya, Bosnia & Herzegovina and the Central African Republic.
