I'm a self-professed tight arse and, having been through the financial challenges of going to university, I have developed a passion for educating young people about money. I see the same financial confusion and mistakes that I made as a student being replicated every year. The way I help is through Save the Student. In direct response to the increase in tuition fees kicking in, I released my first book "The Essential Student Guide to Money" in 2012. This is an annually updated 80-page guide available free for students (and anyone else really). Since then I have appeared on BBC News, written for national newspapers including The Independent and The Guardian and worked with a variety of public body organisations who share the goals of Save the Student. Oh, and I blog for the Huffington Post.
