Hello Fresh Head Chef Patrick Drake's career has been anything but conventional. Before starting his career in food, he worked as a lawyer in the City, and even found time to venture into the firm’s kitchens to help out the chefs. After trading his corporate suits for chef's whites, Patrick graced the kitchens of the Swiss Alps, the renowned Fat Duck, and Mayfair’s Cuckoo Club before co-founding Hello Fresh in 2012.The company, which delivers boxes of fresh, locally sourced ingredients for delicious recipes to members across the country each week, is going from strength to strength.
