Paul Carroll is an Associate Director. He is a member of the Ipsos MORI’s specialist qualitative team – our centre of excellence for driving improvements in the qualitative research we undertake. In his time at Ipsos MORI, Paul has worked with a wide range of organisations including NHS England, Department of Health, HMRC, the Treasury, Channel 4, Which?, and a number of local councils. He is currently working on a number of our projects for the forthcoming General Election.
