Paul is a Candidate for National Chairman of Conservative Future and Parliamentary Advisor to Transport Minister Stephen Hammond MP. Previously he was the Cabinet Member for Children’s Services and Learning on Southampton City Council. Paul founded Lewisham West and Penge Conservative Future in 2005 and chaired Southampton University Conservative Association in 2008. He is a member of Conservative Way Forward and has a degree from Southampton University.
