Head of Public Affairs at the British Humanist Association and Vice President of the European Humanist Federation.
Pavan heads the BHA’s public affairs and policy team, and is responsible for the BHA’s campaigns covering a wide range of issues including equality and human rights law, ethical issues, religion and schools, and social cohesion.
Pavan is also the Vice President of the European Humanist Federation and has worked in high level advisory and policy roles for over nine years. She is an equalities and human rights expert with a special interest in youth, criminal justice and education policy.
