For 15 years I have been the Managing Partner of Simpson Millar LLP - a role I thoroughly enjoy as the practice continues to evolve. Maintaining the firm's core strengths whilst managing new routes to market has been a clear focus over the years. Now, as the implementation of the Legal Services Act presents us with significant challenges and opportunities, listening to clients and creating a great place to work for everyone is what I believe will set us on a strong path forward.
