Phoebe leads IPPR's migration and society team. She is currently working a major piece of work on post-Brexit migration policy and is leading IPPR’s Local Migration Panels. She is a recognised media commentator, public speaker and advisor on a range of migration issues. In recent months, she has presented to the Home Affairs Select Committee, the All Party Parliamentary Group on Social Integration, the Casey Review on Social Integration, the London Strategic Migration Partnership among others. Phoebe has an MA in Latin American politics and society, a BA from Oxford University and is currently a Research Fellow at the Centre for Trust Peace and Social Relations at Coventry University.
