Rachel Parris

Rachel Parris is an actor and comedian. A regular on the stand-up and improv circuits, she has reached the finals of national competitions including Leicester Square New Comedian and Hackney Empire New Act of The Year with her musical comedy act, as well as being placed runner-up in the Funny Women Awards and the Musical Comedy Aw ards. She was named in London Is Funny among their Top 10 Comics To Watch in 2012, and listed on the Huffington Post as one of their Funniest 50 Women on Twitter. She is also an experienced improviser, and is appearing in the Chortle award nominated improv comedy show Austentatious – An Improvised Novel, alongside Cariad Lloyd at the Leicester Square Theatre throughout 2013. She will be performing her debut solo show, "The Commi ssion" in Edinburgh this year.
