With over 20 years’ experience at pioneering agencies like Iris, Cake, exposure and BMB Neon, Rania has been at the forefront of developing cutting edge, non-traditional communications solutions for some of the world’s biggest brands, heading up accounts and driving strategy for the likes of Stella Artois, Coca Cola, Bacardi and Three Since joining Quiet Storm 5 years ago, she has brought a 360 perspective and new energy to the agency, helping extend its service offer and broaden sector experience, delivering considerable growth in the process. A passionate exponent of empowering women in the work place, she has been responsible for readdressing the balance of female representation within the agency where female creatives now outnumber male, and women make up over 30% of the board. She’s a member of WACL, features in Campaign A List of most influential advertising industry figures and sits on the board of the Marketing Agency Association where she co-chairs diversity
