Rebecca Wilkins

Rebecca is a Programme Officer at the International Planned Parenthood Federation. She manages programmes supporting the expansion of safe abortion and contraceptive services globally. Her focus lies in increasing access to abortion care for young people and improving communication on abortion, and she is a member of the Global Steering Committee for the International Network for the Reduction of Abortion Discrimination and Stigma. Rebecca is a passionate advocate of women's rights and gender equality.
