Rich Fraser, 30, assistant manager of elephant keepers at Chester Zoo. Rich started at Chester Zoo as part of internship program in 2006 when studing for a zoology degree. He went on to take up a full time position at the zoo in 2008 and has been there ever since, helping to develop the elephant section into world leading elephant care experts.
