Rocco Blume is Plan International UK's Policy and Advocacy Manager. He has worked in Sudan, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone and Uganda, including working on issues around conflict prevention and child rights. Most recently he has been leading Plan's campaigning on the humanitarian crisis in South Sudan and preventing violence against women and girls in conflict.
