Rod Macfarlane is a former church minister,poet,web copy writer, and social commentator, based In Inverclyde Scotland.His work has been published in Reader’s Digest,Newsnet Scotland,and various local and regional papers throughout the UK. He is responsible for the Auld Acquaintance Blog which concentrates mainly on the issues surrounding the Scottish Independence referendum. He’s been a contributor in the past to a number of programmes on BBC tv and radio,Grampian Television,and Baur network radio stations. His main passions are music and poetry, having written two poetry books in the guise of a Ram called Cewejimmy.
