Roseann Rife

Based in Hong Kong, Roseann Rife oversees Amnesty International's research for East Asia. She previously managed the organization's worldwide research on the death penalty. Her areas of expertise cover international human rights law, international organizations, China, and the death penalty. She has held senior posts at Human Rights in China and China Labour Bulletin. She has served on the Executive Committee of Amnesty International Hong Kong and was a China Country Specialist at Amnesty International USA.
