Founder of branding consultancy InnerVisions ID, Sapna specialises in helping ambitious businesses and entrepreneurs grow. She has worked for the public and private sectors, entrepreneurs and charities.

Having studied design and marketing, she went onto a 20 year career at working various media brands including emap, O2 and The Telegraph, creating cross-media campaigns for consumer brands such as Toyota, Sony Ericsson, Kellogg's, Selfridges and Oakley.

Now a wife and mum of two karate-crazy boys, she launched InnerVisions ID in October 2015 with a view to creating a career and a company with an ethos of work-life balance at its very heart.

She's never found herself more feminist since having boys ("I want them to be good men and citizens of the world"). Relatively new to blogging, she'll be writing here about everything from being a business owner, being a working mum, overcoming hurdles, juggling everything, getting on her occasional feminist soapbox ("What is pink LEGO about, seriously?!") and no doubt many other things she hasn't thought of yet. Her more design-led articles will be hosted on her own site.

When not working, she loves a 'Prosecco playdate', fine food and working out (a perfect example of life-work balance if there ever was one), film, art, music and design. She tries a new challenge every year; so far this has included skiing, pole-dancing, coding, an interior design degree, volunteering abroad and at home, learning Spanish (rusty now), crazy cakes, being a mum and a course on how to build a business.
