Trained nurse and midwife
Sara Nam trained as a nurse at The Florence Nightingale School of Nursing in London, as a Midwife at the Whittington Hospital also in London and holds PhD in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Sara has worked in the NHS in central London for over 20 years as a midwife and accident and emergency department nurse. She has also worked in international health for 20 years in several countries across Africa as well as Afghanistan and Cambodia.
