Qualified Personal Trainer specialising in women's fitness Sarah co-owns a women's fitness company in Essex with over 100 members. Qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2011 Sarah quickly learnt that her passion in the Fitness industry was to help women. She has since qualified in Kettlebells and Pre and Post Natal and specialises in these two areas. To be more accessible to clients around the world Sarah launched her online bespoke fitness plans in December last year and will continue to develop her online services.
