Sarah Ramsden

Hi!

My name is Sarah - though I'm most commonly known as "the triplets mum". I live with my husband, three girls and a large pooch on the outskirts of Leeds.

I founded Vesta Birth and Parenting to provide affordable and accessible support for parents from pregnancy and the early years. I do lots of work with parents who are expecting or who already have multiples and also those who experience pregnancy or parenting "outside the box" so to speak. I am passionate about woman centred care during birth (especially during "high risk" pregnancies) and family centred care from birth onwards.

I also write about the adventures of my family and our love for living life to the full! (Think taking three year old triplets skiing.....)
