Sean Arbuthnot is a Prevent Coordinator and the founder of SMA Prevent Training.
His passion for safeguarding children and young people led to a decorated 12 year police career. Working first in Northern Ireland before a move to Northamptonshire, Sean fulfilled a number of frontline, specialist and supervisory roles.
Sean also has a Masters with Distinction in Conflict Resolution from Lancaster University. He is a father of two and a governor of his local primary school.
