Shelly Duck is a Rainbow Trust Children's Charity Family Support Worker with our North East team based in Northumberland. She has been with Rainbow Trust for six years. Our Family Support Workers support on average, up to 25 families a year, depending on the condition of the child. Shelly supports families in their home, in the hospital and in the community depending on their needs.
