Simon Goulden

Simon Goulden is an education consultant, writer and international lecturer on education and management. Initially qualified in civil engineering, Simon switched to education management many years ago, eventually leading the Agency for Jewish Education for some fifteen years.

Simon has authored, edited and acted as consultant on, a number of books about Judaism, Jewish history and Israel and writes
a blog about taking days out in Israel which you can find at www.daysoutinisrael.blogspot.com. He works with many other faith school providers in England in advising the government on a range of education topics and issues. Simon has been involved in teacher training and professional development programmes in the education world, has taught children and adults and is frequently asked to speak to community and professional groups.
