Simon Harper is Co-Founder of new-model legal services business, Lawyers On Demand (LOD). A keen believer in the positive effect of working differently, Simon started LOD during his time as a senior equity partner at international law firm, Berwin Leighton Paisner. LOD now has a team of more than 100 lawyers, has won multiple awards for innovation and is the subject of an ongoing case study by Harvard University.
