Steve Freer is a television director and producer specialising in music documentaries. As well as Born to be Wild, he has recently made films on Glen Campbell, John Denver and the history of international pop music. As a producer he’s worked on major music events including BBC Young Musician, Cardiff Singer of the World and the Leeds International Piano competition.
