Steve McIvor is the Chief Executive for one of the world’s leading animal charities, World Animal Protection. He took on the role in May 2016 having previously been the International Director of Programmes. He has been with the organisation for just over four years. World Animal Protection has general consultative status at the United Nations and works closely with major inter-governmental bodies such as the OIE and major corporates including the world’s leading food manufacturers. The charity has offices in 14 countries and runs projects and partnerships in around 40 countries around the globe.
