Steve Smith is Head Chef at Michelin starred Bohemia Bar & Restaurant, located in the heart of Jersey. Steve Smith, who has held a Michelin Star for over 15 years from the age of just 24, has created a truly outstanding dining experience with his ingredient and flavour driven tasting menus.

The restaurant’s many accolades are proudly displayed by the entrance to the restaurant and include one Michelin Star, which Smith and his 13 strong kitchen brigade acquired in less than a year. Most recently Bohemia was listed as the best restaurant in Jersey and maintained its glowing score of 7 in the Waitrose Good Food Guide 2017. Bohemia’s score of 7 makes it the highest rated Michelin Starred restaurant in Jersey and the only restaurant in the Channel Islands to be featured in the guide’s top 25 restaurants. Bohemia was also named one of top 50 best restaurants in the UK in The Sunday Times and is the only restaurant in Jersey to feature on the list.
