She is Managing Director of Drummer TV, a Bristol based production company she set up in 2012 with Rachel Drummond Hay. Tamsin started her career in youth programmes, producing Channel 4’s 'The Word' before becoming Vice President of Programmes for MTV, a Commissioning Executive at BBC and then Director of Programmes at At It Productions. Drummer TV has won multiple awards with programming for BBC, CBBC, Channel 5 and Channel 4.
