Themba Mdlalose went to St Chad’s High and Fort Hare where he obtained BSc, Applied Maths, Physics and Hons BSc, Physics. Thereafter he worked at UNISA while doing MSc, PhD in Theoretical Nuclear Physics. He has taught Physics at the University of Zululand and Applied Mathematics at the University of Transkei. In 1999 he moved to the Department of Minerals and Energy as Chief Director (Nuclear Energy) after which he was transferred to NECSA as Chief Scientist (Nuclear Reactor Physics), Themba Mdlalose writes on a variety of scientific and mathematical topics including Mathematical Immunology.
