Tienie Ehlers

Dr Tienie joined USB-ED in February 2017. He is responsible for maintaining and growing the integrated academic learning as well as the overall strategic delivery of Executive Leadership and Management programmes. Tienie also plays the role of an Academic Director while also fulfilling the role of client liaison and stakeholder engagement for clients across South Africa and the rest of the African continent. Before joining the USB-ED, Tienie spent more than five years as a Business Consultant for Distell. He spent much of his early career at South African Breweries (SAB) as HR Manager and Head of Training and Development. He started his career as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Pretoria for Business Management. He later joined the University of South Africa as an Associate Professor teaching Strategic and International Management.
