Tim Oliver is a Fritz Thyssen transatlantic post-doctoral fellow for International Relations and Security (TAPIR) at the Center for Transatlantic Relations at the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies. Educated at the University of Liverpool and the London School of Economics, he has taught at UCL, LSE and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
