Tineka Smith is a writer, racial equality advocate and entrepreneur. She is the co-author of Mixed Up: Confessions of an Interracial from Audible. Tineka is also the founder of Huetribe, a greetings card company aimed at promoting diverse representation. She currently serves as a Council member for the UK Greeting Card Association and works as a freelance communications consultant to the United Nations. Previously, she served as a Press Officer for the United Nations Human Rights Committee and worked on high profile campaigns such as World Refugee Day. Tineka's writing and commentary on racism and diversity has appeared in titles such as Elle, Grazia, The Independent, BBC Radio London, BBC 5 Live, talkRADIO, Mashable, Yahoo!, World Radio Switzerland, The Voice, Gal-Dem and more.
