Tom McLoughlin

Tom McLoughlin is a keen writer and traveller from Harrogate, England and is the author of Top Backpacking Destinations.

Not always a traveller, it wasn’t until Tom ventured to a remote village in Honduras after his A Levels to teach English, that he began to grow an interest in different cultures and experiences. From Honduras he had the opportunity to explore other Central American countries and his passion for travel developed. Since then he has been putting on his backpack at any opportunity and has been writing about his adventures on Top Backpacking Destinations

This year Tom is looking forward to trips to Spain, France, Portugal, Cuba and Burma.
