Trevor Silvester

Cognitive Hypnotherapist, trainer and author

In 1998 I left the police after 18 years of service to follow what felt like a calling. I've been a Cognitive Hypnotherapist ever since, with a clinic in Harley Street. Through The Quest Institute, the company I launched with my wife Bex, we train a wide range of people in this approach and support a network of graduates. I've written three books on Cognitive Hypnotherapy, as well as drawing on my experience as a couples coach to write Lovebirds: How to live with the one you love, which is published in the UK by Hodder and Stoughton, and by Penguin in the US. I live in Norfolk with my wife and our two miniature Schnauzers, Fred and Betty. I run half marathons, am a Field Archer, obsessive reader and newly qualified Grandfather.
