Troy Townsend is Kick It Out’s head of development. Since joining the organisation in 2011, he has supported people looking to break into the football industry by delivering the Raise Your Game programme, which has seen hundreds of industry professionals provide mentoring and work experience opportunities to those seeking meaningful employment in the game. Troy also delivers the Equality Inspires programme – a series of educational workshops to players, staff and parents within the Premier League Academy Programme.
