Vicky McDermott is the Chief Executive of Papworth Trust and Chair of the Care and Support Alliance.
She joined Papworth Trust in May 2014. Vicky, aged 35, was the Head of Operations and Strategic Resourcing for the NHS Business Services Authority.
She is also Vice Chair and a non-executive director of Scope, one of the largest disability charities in the UK.
