20,000 Schools Trained To Tackle Teen Mental Health

Only 1 in 3 children who have diagnosable mental health problems are accessing NHS support. A new programme launched in England is designed to give teachers and members of staff at over 20,000 schools training in supporting their students with mental health problems. The programme is designed to bridge the gap between these children and teens who need help and the NHS services via their schools.
